SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER - REMOTE AND COMMISSION BASED

(WITG) Western IT Group is seeking a high-energy and competitive candidate who is interested in a Sales Account Management position where he or she will be given the opportunity for unlimited earning potential via a competitive 100% commission plan. We have a strong product offering that differentiates us from our competition and a history of exceptional earnings for our sales team members. The successful candidate will receive formal training, pre-secured leads generated from our in-house phone specialists, access to a database of potential prospects, ongoing product training, marketing collateral with an ongoing support staff to help you achieve and exceed your goals. Your focus will be selling VOIP Cloud Managed Phone Systems to Businesses along with applicable IT and Marketing related services offered by WITG.

Our team is one of the leaders in VOIP Phone Technology and has demonstrated consistent growth in the last 10+ years. You will be working remote from your personal home office and you will be required to have a personal vehicle. Requirements:

  • Strong and Professional Command of the English Language.
  • 1 year of sales related experience.
  • Minimum High School Education or Equivalent
  • Experience with MS Office: Excel and MS Word
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts in fast pace environment
  • Working Remote: based from your personal home office
  • Must have personal vehicle. Business Vehicle may be provided but based on ‘case by case’ basis.
  • Competitive in nature, driven by financial reward and career opportunity
  • Use influencing skills and techniques to overcome objections
  • Initiate relationships with multi-level decision makers through phone, marketing campaigns, in-person meetings, and presentations

Assets:

  • General sales and customer service experience
  • Can work independently, self-motivated, assertive attitude and resilient
  • General knowledge of IT and the Internet
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Have existing sales funnel and relationships to drive new business and/or the ability to generate new sales leads

Compensation:

  • 100% Commission Based Compensation. Negotiable based on experience. Unlimited Earning Potential.
  • On Average, our Sales Account Managers earn $30,000 - $70,000 in the first year of employment.
  • Commissions and Bonus paid out on first payroll period following a closed sale.
  • We provide qualified sales leads, competitive product line, marketing support and full training.
  • Role and Schedule Expectations: Full Time Hours / Flexible to accommodate – based on performance
